Lore Forge - Character/Writing App (Freemium)
I use this to keep track of my characters in my own sort of on computer wiki. It's free, but if you want to have the ability to sync between devices you need to pay for premium. I personally find it worth it as the creator is amazing and doing their very best for character creators. It's one of the few subscriptions I don't ever plan on cancelling.
